Big Guy Little Guy Rules

With many sites trying to boost their C.T.R we all need tricks here is One very Useful trick. I found when I was Looking through the Alexa Rankings.I had been looking for a related site after checking through the rankings.
When discovered a highly ranking site called www.xe.com.A site that is a Leader in exchange tools and services. According to Alexa it ranks high in many countries.Lets look at the Stats and Images "below"

Where people go on Xe.com:

* 99.7% xe.com
* 0.2% charts.xe.com
* 0.1% OTHER

More

Xe.com users come from these countries:

* 13.9% India * 13.2% United Kingdom * 11.1% United States *7.1%Australia 5.6% Canada 3.6% South Africa * 0.9% Malaysia
0.8% Thailand 0.8% United Arab Emirates 0.8% Iran 0.8% New Zealand
0.8% Bangladesh 0.7% Russia
0.7% Singapore 0.6% Mexico 0.6% Saudi Arabia

Now there is a problem with the site.Look at the traffic that is lots of Visits with all these visitors there are you would think they have no revenue problems.Now take a look at why i believe
that they are Breaking the AdSence TOS.

"Google ads, search boxes or search results may not be:

* Integrated into a software application of any kind, including toolbars.
* Displayed in pop-ups or pop-unders.
* Placed in emails or in email programmes.
* Obscured by elements on a page.
* Placed on any non-content-based page.
* Placed on pages published specifically for the purpose of showing ads.
* Placed on pages whose content or URL could confuse users into thinking it is associated with Google due to the misuse of logos, trademarks or other brand features.
* Placed on, within or alongside other Google products or services in a manner that violates the policies of that product or service. for full terms "click here"

When trying to read the drop down menus that do not show and are hidden by the Adsence Unit.If this was a Small website they would be in the Adsence forum now asking why they were banned.Just think how much traffic is that and how many invalid clicks with the traffic from the U.K alone.Look when i Zoom in on that drop down menu.

Looks Tricky but you can clearly see what they want to happen.They are causing invalid clicks with this method. Yes a big site like this can't Follow the rules so I hope Google will catch them out soon instead of the small sites.
