Nice Blog even though I did not Look at it
I tried putting polls on my Blog but unanswered polls will not give me any ideas some come pass a comment but it's a hello come see me comment. No No No I delete these comments if you want to say hello use my "Google friend connect" comment box and Read the post before you say anything. This is not being Blunt it's a Rule if you leave as the saying goes "if you have notting intelligent to say say noting".How many comments do you have on your Blog that stay with the subject?.Many Z-list Bloggers have a habit of putting their comments where ever they can just to get a link. Why should I comment on a sewing site when i don't know a thing about thread to me a thread is something in a forum.I could say that's Interesting I never knew that because I use this Machine and it has problems when I try to...,But if I have noting on my site about the topic then the comment is pointless as such.
Here are "The Rules of Commenting on Blogs"
1* Be Nice and Interesting
2* saying Hello and your Website is not a comment it looks like Spam
3* Add To the Conversation if you agree or Disagree say it
4* Don't Disagree too much if you feel that strongly about the subject then write your own post about it and don't comment at all
5* Make reference to a like post where possible it's always better to use Name/Url and not your Blogger Profile as this will lead to your latest post which may be on a different Topic
6* Never say visit me in a comment,"vist me" is insulting to the blogger because if you make a good remark He/She will go to your site anyway
7,8,9,10 you decide ?

BlogLog Network
This Week I have Been using tags to find similar interests and it's Working Page Views are increasing Visits are not but who needs Visitors that are Not looking around Plus I have Been Gaining Good Backlinks by
searching like Articles and just adding a link to them.No we are all greedy with Linking. This is because we give to receive this is not always a good thing you need links from a A-list Blogger so you think. What about linking to your so Called Contacts ?,But you Don't Link to their Blog Directly unless it's Content is Very Similar to yours, what you do is link to a post on the blog from a post similar on the other blog.So many blogs have different topic but maybe there is one post related to a post on your blog.
Here is what I done this Week,I have some interest in Comics but I don't have many posts on cartoons but I do have one or two.So I placed a link to another members page on this post
So now these posts are connected and it's a part of my network of future comic posts. But you can Also do it with most of your articles if they linkback nice if they don't who cares ?.The point of it is that your post has more exit points for Visitors to choose From and I am not creating a trap for people from the search engine.
Now you can do this also if you wish but just think about what you are linking to.I you search through my lijit engine you will find people and posts on my network. This is why Today I did not keep him as a contact.Because his Request to a Person who had 12 or so communities Which were all Affiliate Programs why Bother joining such nonsense he should promote this Kind of Thrash in Traffic Exchanges. So there is No Point of me Joining him Because I don't Sell E-Books.
What I also Got was A Technoratti Favourite from Someone who Has a Very Funny Site and I favoured him Back this is How you are Supposed to use this Program to make contacts and Increase Rankings and Traffic. So if you want to Favour me on Technoratti I will return your good Deed. And do the same with your Community if they don't favour Back Delete them from you Best list and as a contact because they are useless to your Network and are not Friends also leave their community. But Before you do this Leave them a Message that you favoured them and when the come back Crawling on their knees you will get a Visit from them at least.
I hope this was of help and please feel free to share you Opinion on this Topic.

Gone with the Wind,Understanding Analytics
Peek a boo Visits
Bounce Rate
Many people come to a site or a blog expect somethng else and leave before a cookie can be collected and leaves the blogger with the question, where do they go ?.Were they looking for your Blog Topic ?, Or was it just a bit of luck from the search engine. These are the hardest customers to satsfy, because they don't leave nformaton behnd only a message, t's not there because you don't have t.But what you don't have s not sad so you don't know. They just go Back to Google not leavng a trace on Analytics and leavng the blogger "scratchng his/her head wonderng, What I am dong wrong".Maybe they are Dsapponted that Does not have a blog callng card gadget on my page you the I was here wdget's from blogcatalog and many others. They only gadget I have s my lijit search the functon of ths s that t searches all my communtes and my entre onlne network.I leave ths here because t can help me and my blog network.
So what do they want
I had Cbox ,whch n prncpal s good you leave a Message and go.But t's abused people come leave a message so you wll come to them.Vst me,Link to me, And that's the heght of the conversation. Ok when they vst you and you vst them back great you get a guest they get one back. But the problem wth these s that they also thnk you need comments f they see none on the post.A comment s nce so long as t's wthin the topc of the post. One example s hello nce blog www.banana.com or a nice spam calling card. The Comment box s a knd of busness card f you don't put an nterestng comment down then other vstors wll not want to vst you.the same way f the blogger wrtes nothng nterestng they wll not get a comment so I expect no comments from ths post.
Just keep tryng
Well I am gong to Have to keep trying until,I get it right although sometimes my jumping cursor and unstable I.S.P "this is to you eircom" are not much help.I have made some adjustments to my template and have it they way i want it to look now.I like this template because I understand it and it's Flexible and Easy on the eyes and Bandwidth.

Starting With My Bloglog made Simple
Have You Just Joined My Bloglog?
Well if you did you were probably nudged
I remember when I started there was people adding me as contacts and nudging me and i did not know what was going on.I have placed some screen-shots on "my picasa album" to explain a little better just follow the link Below if you have any problems.
First things first you will start with an empty profile and you will have to add your Services like Facebook,Twitter, your Blog and which ever you want to add to do this Click on Add your services just type in your user name for the services and it will update your services
Next is the most important adding your Community,Adding your community is your Blog/Website to do this click ad website in the Sites and services box please note that your blogger or wordpress profile is added but not many will look unless you ad your Sites.
when you have added your site you will also need to add your feed address to get more exposure this is also easy if you have a feed and know the address Go To sites and services Settings here you can add your feed address and upload a screen shot of your site the screenshot of your site is important as it has a visual impact on people if you have a good image then people will come to your site to see the screen shot of this post please click here
I hope this helps you and read some more of my stuff on mybloglog and feel free to join my community and message me with any questions you have about this also don't forget about adding tags to your profile.Tags or labels are very important and these labels are often over looked I will write more about "Getting your tags to work" for now read what I wrote on MyBloglog here in another post.

Finally have to say GoodBye Hotmail
Can Technorati and Live Please Clean up A little
It's Starting to get Too much the CPU consumption of Sites like Technorati and MSN.These Sites As popular as they are are,They seem to be clogged up with Flash Advertisements Driving Users Away from the Sites rather that attracting attention to them.Have you every Seen a Hotmail ad that you followed I didn't' in-fact all Live Mails Advertisements done for me was
convince me to get a Gmail account.I thought that Sky drive was a good idea but its not take a look at this one for instance.I am trying to concentrate on my email and this thing is dancing around telling me to use Icons on my messenger.
No thanks I am Currently Concentrating on My Paypal account and I wish to continue with my business and i don't care about cute little monsters.
Technorati's stylish Drop menus don't Seem to have any function because of Z Indexing setting error and these guys give your blog a Ranking. There is way to much Flash on the Top of the page While at the Bottom they have loads of Space They Could put these Tabs on the Side.So people Would have to Scroll the full page and see all their advertisements. These services are free for Us to use but they are not the only free services.Plus Do you care about technorati anyway and is it important to claim your blog with them at all ?.
Also why not Try this tool to see how fast your page loadsWebsite Speed Test

Dealings with Suspect Twitter Followers
Are these Pictures or Mugshots
Oriental Group using mugshots as twitter followers to Promote Affiliate Programs
Wow I have lots of Asian women Following me on twitter now but I can't block any of them,Even if I block them they are always coming back to me.The thing about these Oriental girls is that the background is the same in each photo and they seem quite stressed to see the profile pictures and Another thing about them is that they automatically send a tiny URL which leads to an affiliate program to see an example click here.

Why I never Ask Forums For Help
I have just recovered from an error 15 and I have only one suspect to who or what cause it.My connection has been coming and going all the time driving my computer mad i just hear fans and grinding all the time. When i went to the router a netopia wlan is seen that the Internet light was blinking all the time this is what caused my drive to crash or overheat.I went back on-line using a live CD but i still could not access my hard drive where all the passwords were stored in Firefox. So the Ubuntu hard live CD was enough to go on-line via wired Internet.but i wanted to use my hard drive and tried to find an answer in the forums no chance.
So how did i recover
I decided to reinstall it was the only option left but upon trying to reinstall at 50% or 52% it gave me a message that the system is overheated or damaged. Then I said F#*k as you do.So i had a Live CD of Gusty Xubuntu at hand and tried that yes it worked and I could see my files I copied what files i needed to a pen drive and then installed Xubuntu 7.10 or Gusty Gibbon. It was working but I wanted Gnome Really not Xfce because of the problem with reentering your Wireless key key and restricted drivers which work out of the box in Ubuntu just a restart required. So if I was Abel to install Xubuntu then why not Ubuntu so i gave it another shot I had not saved anything so there was no problem to try another installation.Put back in the Hardy live CD and it worked this tactic will never feature in forums because it's an individual approach but the only results i got when searching were forums and other useless answers.
Never help in forums
Look at the amount of beans some people have in forums if someone has time to make 20000 forum posts He/She must know many things and be very helpful. But things like that worked for me yes and forum Friends make you wonder are these legit. So If you can't find a blog or something written in a language that you can understand try work it out for yourself because you never find help in forums.

More About Tagging Pests
Watch out for false taggers on My Blog Log
It has Come to my attention that myself and some of my blog log Community members have been tagged by people with a certain website. In Fact the actual number was somewhat in the range of 1700 members who were tagged by this member.I ask Fellow mybloglog users to check which tags are been placed under their Communities.
He was not the only one fake tagging
I decided to look a little more into this and found that there are many using this are of advertising. Why people use this method is trivial I believe they think they will get more traffic by using this method. But like the people that send you an affiliate message when they follow you on twitter you very rarely go to that page.
Tagging is helpful don't abuse it.
this is a questions to the fake tagger. How many communities have you tagged ?
what are you trying to achieve by doing this ?
what will you do when these communities send out a message to their members saying that you are a fake tagger and their members do the same and delete you from their contact list?
Your tag is only to your own interest.
If I add the tag Marketing to my blog it means I can find other Marketing Blogs and it's a common interest.
As for your tag WWW.Your domain.com is not an interest it's you site and that's it now below I am adding www.fashiontofashion.com to my tag as Spammer
there are more of you out there and if anyone know how to stop them do it now.
What to Do about Fake Taggers
Check your MBL tags for domain name Tags and see who put it in there send the message to your community and ask the members to remove this tag if it appears.Remember that Mybloglog is a Community and we have to Work together
and remove them so people can connect to each other

Gadget to Loose Visitors
What kind of Traffic do you Get
We all are very happy to see visitors to our blog be it they are from a referral where you made a comment on another site or somewhere like mybloglog or "mbl" for short,And then from Search engines the favorite of most bloggers. There is a gadget called a Cbox which I used f or a few days maybe you have seen them. Its a script where you type a message and leave your E-Mail or Website on it great for visitors you just Click on the name and go to the site. There is a very big problem with this though you can get much traffic from this you have to ask what kind of traffic. The only thing most people use this for is to "Get lots of Traffic".But what kind of traffic you get is Bounce traffic most traffic does not stay long and Bounce rates are high. You will be asked to link to people but if you look at analytics you will see average time on site 00.00 most not staying long enough to collect a cookie. This Gadget is a sure way to drive traffic from your site.Another problem is when you visit your visitors and find that they love Gadgets they think it makes the site look cool.Actually they are very uncool to search engines the reason being "Page Size" this is very important part of SEO if your page is too big it will not show up in a search.Well they know that if a page takes 20 seconds to download on a DSL connection then there is something wrong with that page and they don't think it's what people are looking for.
Another thing about these types of gadgets is where is your traffic going if you want to make money on line a cbox is no use in fact it damaging your site firstly because the SEO secondly because of chasing away your traffic
people see the cbox and say I can also get a few visits from this and they go on blogwalking and leave your site.Visitor time on site is Affected it is often Skewed by visitor leaving browser windows open,Have you all excited that someone was 45 minutes on your blog.Thinking that they have read everything on your blog.
The Link to Me problem when I am asked to link to someone I will if there site is like mine what good is Linking this Blog to a Blog about Handbags. No use at all,Many think a link is a link and that's it,that used to work but not anymore find a link in your niche. And Forget about gadgets that drive traffic from your site the twitter gadgets are much the same. By the way do you get traffic from twitter.I see Many claims that twitter is a Traffic machine but i think only for Stars Related

Are you just Adding Contacts or creating a Network
Using MyBloglog To your Advantage
Having Used My Blog Log For a Few Weeks I discovered A way to Get more traffic Using My Blog log.The Key is to Find My Bloglog members that match your Interest.Sure they are many News Based Blogs Writing about the death of Micheal Jackson and The Latest From Obama, but It's Nice to Read Independent Articles and Fan Sites. But Just Say you Make Contact To Those Members and ask the to refer your site in one of those Articles just by inserting a link into the text in one of the posts. Here are Some Ideas and Mistakes People make that can be Using My Blog log to your Advantage or Killing off your Blog.
Things to Do:
*1 Join Communities that are relevant to your posts
*2 Ad Contacts and send them Messages about their Site and anything you may have relevant on your site.
*3 Ask people who have similar Posts to comment on your Posts in Return for a Comment on them.
*4 Review Blogs but Don't reblog often
By Using these 3 Simple Steps you will Create Natural Back links to your Blog. This is the whole Idea behind My Bloglog as I see It.Many People think of a link as being a Link and Thousands of Links are Great.but what are your links. If You have a Blog about Music what use is asking for back link from Someone that is Only Blogging about his Pizza shop in Palermo. If you have a Niche Only Website then you Should Find Communities In your Niche.
Common Mistakes.
*1 Joining Communities on Impulse without Visiting the Blog this is not much help as later on you find a community that you like and you have already Joined 15 Communities that day and maybe Tomorrow You will Not find that community.
*2 Adding contacts For the Sake of having Lot's of Contacts If this can Damage the public view of yourself,Why if Someone Sees you have 1000's of Contacts they Might think you are a Spammed or Worse They will Say you have 1000's of contacts if I visit your site you will be too busy to visit Mine.
3* Not Looking At Peoples Sites just their Profiles If you visit the Profile but not the site they will do the same many People use Analytics so they know where Visits Came from.
Last and Most Importantly
Try these Tips And Search For More so you Can Use My Bloglog To gain More Traffic. For more Tips on Getting Traffic from my Blog log Visit "Here"
